Return & Refund Policy

At Holiina, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy for returns, cancellations, and refunds:

 

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags still attached

Please note:

  • Sale items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or lesser value.

  • Return shipping is free on your first order. For any additional returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

  • For exchanges (e.g. size or color), we’ll cover shipping for the replacement item.

To start a return, please email us at info@holiina.com to request a Return Authorization number. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

 


 

Incorrect Address / Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for:

  • The return shipping fee

  • A new shipping charge to resend the parcel

If you choose to cancel instead, we’ll issue a refund minus all shipping costs incurred.

 

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products returned used, damaged, or without tags

  •  


 

Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking confirms delivery but the customer claims non-receipt, Holiina is not liable for refund or replacement.
Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery depot in such cases.

 

 

 


 

Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.

Once shipped, the order must be received and returned before a refund is processed.

You also have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or someone on your behalf) received the item.

To cancel:

  1. Contact us at info@holiina.com within the 14-day window.

  2. Once approved, return the item within 3 days. Late returns may not be accepted.

 

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method

  • Delivery fees will only be refunded if you selected standard shipping

  • You must provide a valid tracking number for your returned parcel

 

 

Important Notes
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions

  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for any decrease in item value caused by improper handling
